Data Retention Policy

This policy describes how long Inclusive keeps data and how it is deleted.
What we keep, and for how long

Inclusive stores no customer or order personal data.
On uninstall
When you uninstall Inclusive, your store is marked uninstalled and your data is retained for a short grace period (so a reinstall restores your history). After that window it is deleted.
Shop redaction
When Shopify sends a shop/redact request (typically 48 hours after uninstall), Inclusive permanently deletes everything it holds for your store: the store record, scans, issues, fixes, alt-text suggestions, audit log, and any stored sessions.
Customer data
Because Inclusive does not collect customer personal data, a customers/data_request returns no customer data to disclose, and a customers/redact request has no customer record to delete. Both are received, verified, and logged.
